BBR....sigh...

BBR or Baby Back Ribs......why i sigh??? Well...didn't turn out the way i wanted it to be....that's why....hahaha.....I think i accidentally put too much salt in it all maybe the marinating really works it's way into the meat!!! My sister said she liked it....of course agreeable that it was too salty!!! AH!!! don't care la....maybe the next time less marination on certain ingredient....well for tomorrow am gonna make chicken meatballs.....still figuring out the basic marination....and should i do stuffing in the meatball it self?? still no idea yet....thunder thundering away and it's getting darker as the day coming to an end.....by fall david will be here with us and lepaking and catching up. Oooo....forgot to mention that i did a health test with a device that can check your fat, internal fat, BMI, bone density and so on.....guess what?? am overweight la.....for my height and age...i should be at 75kg but now am 78.8kg.....not much different right??? ok...here is the gonner....my internal fat which is the fat that stay in your veins....is at 11%.....for a guy a normal internal fat should be between 3-6%.....am 5% more....so meaning i ain't that healthy on the inside....this mean greater chances for high blood preassure leading to heart disease or respitory disease and so on.....man i got to watch what i'm eating and more cardio workout and start to eat more oats and so on man.....seriously.....the device even measured my actual age based on my internal body....am 43 yrs old man!!!! and that's really bad!!!! i know people will say that this devices are created to show you the real thing so that this sales person or nutritionist will tell hey look here i have this products to help you....thus they make the sales for the day and you happily bought it. Well...i didn't buy anything from them....my wife and my elder sister did and they are happy with the results....they are loosing kilo by the week and is just another meal replacement....of course again you can't totally rely on meal replacement....you got to workout too!!! so i did workout on treadmill, some weights but need to change my eating habit.....sigh.....i always ask why the tastiest meat ever like lamb, mutton or beef have to be health hazardous??? of course at moderate consumption won't hurt much but again....long run....you looking at potential heart patient man!!! Go to IJN and see how many heart patients relating to high red meat consumption......me being passionate on cooking red meat.....now got to look at other alternative meat...which is chicken or fish.....life gonna be real exciting!!! hahahaha....
