My fellow families & friends....how ar ya??? Man....unable to sleep long hrs even it's holiday...auto wake up at 7.30 am....sigh.....and i slept at 3am summore....fuiyoh!!!! hahaha....ok...today what i decided is to upload some pictures and may some story along with it.....

Man oh man eps. huh??

Hi people....how are ya??? it's a sunday and we are busy cleaning the house....
it have to be done cause is long overdue.....man....yesterday was busy and tiring too but it's rewarding to see family gathered to celebrate Uncle Vijiyan & Aunty Narindar's wedding anniversary and mama's come back to the house after so long away at SDMC......she's alright and all....Geeta n rayna also ok but need to rest more....yesterday both the girls back is really in bad shape...me?? my back also alil week and my legs was killing me!!! woke up early saturday as i need to send rayna to stadium for her school's sport day but she was in pain most the time so we pick her up and headed to Segi University College for geeta's master programme that she need to fill in some forms and rayna also wanna check out some master courses available....as for me...am just the driver....am i up to study again?? I really don't know whether am i ready to study again.....college at 30??? haahaha seriously.....we'll see..... Then I off to meet Kelvin to get my corsair 2gb ram for my mac. 1Gb is not enuff and am running tons of apps in my mac!!! hahaha.....changed it this morning and wallah!!!! is faster now startup and running apps also much faster now.....now am on 2.5Gb ram!!! woohoo....of course the newer mac are for better now than my old crappy white mac.....sigh

Ok...the cleaner that i brought over this morning is cleaning the kitchen as i need to start my cooking soon or at least the preparation.....hahaha.....menu for the day is Potatoes Chicken stew and ???? backed chicken......cause i dont know how to name this chicken recipe hahaha....oooo i can smell the lavendar in the house......today's challenge is the chicken stew cause i did lamb stew pretty well the last after few trials. so....what is the fuss anyway??? ahahahaha

ehmm......that's not it bro.....both me and rayna are booked for 12 Nov 2009.....exactly her birthday!!!! but not booked for celebrating but to cook for her big 3 O.......man....need to plan some menu up and start to know how much to cook for base on the number of people coming.....man.....exciting and tiring too...but that's the great joy in cooking for me.....and rayna specializing in pastry....me and pastry don't really go together though.....ok.....am running out of lines.....will continue later on people....of btw....have a great weekend and happy healthy....

Sonor Force 507 special edition is limited stock only....i was given an option of PDP drums for RM2100 and is a very decent drums embedded with DW concept is the manufacturing.....but 6 pieces for RM100 less is really a good deal so....that's it...

Zaturday!!!

Morning people!!! it's Zaturday!!! hahaha.....am now having my kon lo pan mee!!! and a tub of soya bean curd....yummy yum.....just came back sending my sister to her sport trial thingy at SS19....she likes most the houses there and of course me too but not within our affordability at the moment but we shall....hehehe. It was a tiring night yesterday as i was driving most the time in penang and it was a good trip. I get to meet 2 guys who is in the hygiene industry and renting mats as well. Introduced myself, told them what i do and they kinda receptive but with concerned and it's a common one....hahahaha....will business owner be receptive to the idea of their logo on a mat step by people???( bad feeng shui) sigh.....that somehow did set me back alil but i believed that we need to educate the this group of people that it doesn't affect their business but rather the current economic situation. Having a mat with the printed logo or message send out a message that you are empowering further your brand or products....not putting them down.....man....
So....me n jason enjoyed our foodie travelling in penang, part ipoh n part bidor.....i was so full by the time dinner come.....i had pieces of chicken wings for dinner shared with my sister....deng....thank God i didn't put on any weight but seriously need to put down...hahaha....
Well....back to business so far people have been pretty much like this idea of logo mats or media mats or branding mats or however you wanna name it....seriously I hope above all that the company grow both financially and market share in logo mats so that great rewards will come to assist people financially......i need the money not for myself but for my family......cause everyone will get to reap a good harvest....Amen.....thank you Lord Jesus for this opportunity and also that we will dedicate this business to You too so that Lord...You are in all of our everyday thing....

Hehehe....been quite a day so far.....did a few errands in the morning and now waiting at home for lunch to be served by me!!! hahaha....got my car serviced and all....tomorrow am off to penang for a day trip with jason just to tag along and maybe logomat potential??? So far company setup all done just finalizing some other odds and ends.....I really hope the business pick up as we work towards it....making money and having time to do other stuffs too....mama is ok...ate alil...but still under observation.....my poor sister hurt her back...hope she's ok....back to school and seeing her for some briefing on our company.....ehmmm....what else??? nothing much ooooo ya....i came up with a recipe for chicken marinate....is nice and spicey!!! hehehe....hope to do again but this time maybe with salmon fish!!! yummm.....ehm....was talking to a pharmacist this morning concerning maintaining our health and all said that we need supplement because the kind of food we eat and to eat healthy is alot of discipline and all....and being in this country eating healthy can be quite a challenge therefore these supplement will give nourishment to our body.....rayna...you need to be nourished so do we....hehehe...so...people....let us be healthy and prosperous!!! ok.....ciao for now.....

Sigh.....

Hi people......i sigh because am sad seeing my family all in pain....all 3 of my lovelies are in pain that I can't be of much help....I know I know.....I need to pray for them...pray for their well being....I was looking forward to a lovely easter dinner with family of us 6 incl KP n Shayna....but the evening wasn't that as exciting as how i have anticipated. I came back to find out my younger sister strained her back and now in pain....she over worked herself cleaning the house and all....sigh. WHY did it happen!!! so instead of celebrating this easter with joy.....i am in worries and sad...mama getting admitted tomorrow as her condition did not improve....now rayna need to rest for her back....but can't she have to be at work....though Geeta slight improve but doesn't mean she is free as a bird!!! this year easter is not as exciting as the last.......i think this year easter made us think that we need to make load of adjustment to our lives so that we can be strong and healthy for many years to come.....is so crucial even i felt the need to bring down my 'internal fat' down.....after everyone did a blood preassure test....i happend to be classified as Hypertension Type2.....and also a high blood preassure patient....am i??? well....i shrug it of maybe am tired or maybe not enough sleep...so....i hope so....

Dear Lord Jesus, I come before You by the power of the Holy Spirit, I commit my family into your hand.....I pray for my wife, sister rayna and mama to be well and whole!!! in the name of Jesus...and in the name of Jesus all pain go away.....I thank you Lord Jesus for You are a true Healer and I believed that this is a done deal!!! Thank You Lord for Your Blood that is running in their veins.....thank you Lord and i pray all this in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ!! Amen.......

BBR....sigh...

BBR or Baby Back Ribs......why i sigh??? Well...didn't turn out the way i wanted it to be....that's why....hahaha.....I think i accidentally put too much salt in it all maybe the marinating really works it's way into the meat!!! My sister said she liked it....of course agreeable that it was too salty!!! AH!!! don't care la....maybe the next time less marination on certain ingredient....well for tomorrow am gonna make chicken meatballs.....still figuring out the basic marination....and should i do stuffing in the meatball it self?? still no idea yet....thunder thundering away and it's getting darker as the day coming to an end.....by fall david will be here with us and lepaking and catching up. Oooo....forgot to mention that i did a health test with a device that can check your fat, internal fat, BMI, bone density and so on.....guess what?? am overweight la.....for my height and age...i should be at 75kg but now am 78.8kg.....not much different right??? ok...here is the gonner....my internal fat which is the fat that stay in your veins....is at 11%.....for a guy a normal internal fat should be between 3-6%.....am 5% more....so meaning i ain't that healthy on the inside....this mean greater chances for high blood preassure leading to heart disease or respitory disease and so on.....man i got to watch what i'm eating and more cardio workout and start to eat more oats and so on man.....seriously.....the device even measured my actual age based on my internal body....am 43 yrs old man!!!! and that's really bad!!!! i know people will say that this devices are created to show you the real thing so that this sales person or nutritionist will tell hey look here i have this products to help you....thus they make the sales for the day and you happily bought it. Well...i didn't buy anything from them....my wife and my elder sister did and they are happy with the results....they are loosing kilo by the week and is just another meal replacement....of course again you can't totally rely on meal replacement....you got to workout too!!! so i did workout on treadmill, some weights but need to change my eating habit.....sigh.....i always ask why the tastiest meat ever like lamb, mutton or beef have to be health hazardous??? of course at moderate consumption won't hurt much but again....long run....you looking at potential heart patient man!!! Go to IJN and see how many heart patients relating to high red meat consumption......me being passionate on cooking red meat.....now got to look at other alternative meat...which is chicken or fish.....life gonna be real exciting!!! hahahaha....

My Oh My......

So....took a break yesterday now am back on9....hehehe....
Well...woke in the morning....didn't do much just got myself ready for some
field work. I need to bring back some of my stuff from Usj house to my Okr house.....so drive like the speed of lightning and came back to deliver some of the lemons, potatoes, tomatoes, marinated baby back ribs, some pork chops and many others.
The whole was out getting myself trained by the Mat Master Jason Looi.....since am going into matting industry....i need to equip myself aight. It was a very fruitful meeting we had with fei and discussed on some important pointers. Soon and very soon we gonna hit the market with a bang hopefully!!! Yeah.....Rayna stayed home most of the afternoon but she got busy!!! What she did?? She baked a cake!!! what cake?? is Almond Butter cake and top it off with Vanila Butter cream!!! What I say??? Simply delicious!!! She is so the pastry chef in the family!!! she finds joy in making sweet desert and all and me?? i more to main course and appertizers.....seriously with a tag team like us i bet will make any customer to come back again!!! As for now we just put in our plan and see how things will work out......if we financially capable....a small family restaurant won't hurt at all.....Kudos to you my sister!!! What have i been cooking??? really nothing much just alil here alil there....hahhaha....am just waiting to cook my baby back ribs.....it's been marinating for days now....hope is not spoil or something....sigh.....will do soon ya....will keep you readers out there posted!!!

Lethargicking.....

So...it's a very lethargic day for me so am not going to blog much....having said that.....am keeping myself remembering all the drums part for all you've done from Hillsongs.....need to build it into my system so i can play it right...so people please pray for me that I'll do it right and give my 100% to Jesus!!!!....

3rd Incoming......

Ello again.....this is my 3rd episode of my blogging life. Hahaha.....so how was your day??? Mine....ehmm....woke up late as i slept late as you all know from my previous blog. Today is Friday and suppose coming to another weekend. While everyone is looking forward to some sort of weekend rest...am here thinking of how to play a complicated drum track for a song we practiced yesterday night.....sigh....and I got no drumset to begin practicing.....sigh. Well...just gonna youtube all the way day n night!!! so that i can remember the parts for the song!!! why is this song torturing me!!! hahahahehehehe......so today i cook again....i made onion baked chicken for lunch and some kept for dinner. Ooooo....what the verdict??? Shayna, Wifey, Rayna n Mama loved it.....but i feel it's abit salty la...but they say ok....so ok lor....hhehehe.....did nothing much today just been emailing with sister and then wifey's staffs came over to have their meeting and all so me just lay back Macintoshing all the way.....
Ooo...suddenly Munkian decide to come over(Jason Victor) hahaha ya lor....he's big therefore is Munkian hahahaha.....don't know who is his Mambra!!! Ok...is good he came to visit my wifey so we all sat in our bed catching on old stuff and all....hehehe. So...we came to 2 things which is to do a Secret Vow reunion cum Bak Kut teh hahaha and also to start a small prayer meeting group thingy at our place to uplift each other and to share our ups & downs of our christian walk. So it's a good thing after all hehehe....ok....now wanna eat my apam!!! so will continue later lor....hehehehe ciao.....
Woohoo....am back!!! we had lovely dinner cause a lovely person bought for all of us....guess who??? My sister rayna la!!! who else hehehehe....she bought pasar malam food which is tasty....love my chee cheung fun though the sauce was gluewie....hehehe...and of course my apam la!!! am eating while watching Benny Greb....you guys should youtube him man....awesome drummer from German!!! Oooo my 2nd blog since.....

Ello people!!!! What a way to exit 2nd April with some of my thoughts.....hehhe.....not so hehehe la....is tiring la...aiyo.....woke up about 9am....today Geeta suppose to discharge from the hospital but don't know yet maybe uncle may retain her hahahaha. So what did i do since morning?? Ehmm start with the kitchen...cleaning, washing, cleaning n washing and making breakfast.....yesterday i made 'kon lo mee' cause mama wanted it for lunch and i got hungry so i did some kind of 'kon lo mee'. Today?? I go healthy abit la....cereal with low fat milk. Taste good and I like it.....oooo....my sister sms me bout perfume sales in kl but me lazy to go all the way to kl but maybe weekend cause is until this saturday. Ok....me looking around the house and really got agitated because is Messy!!! so me being alil lethargic I decided to go do my wardrobe.
About my wardrobe....I only got one and as you know my wifey occupied the rest so with one to hang all my Renomas, Smaltos, Giordanos, and whatever nos.....hehehe.....so i took out all my clothes and fold them nicely.....and for your info this is like my first time in all my life sitting down folding my clothes!!! I've never folded my clothes....while i was single living with parents my mom washes n iron n folded my clothes....all i do is to pick it up and where it.....let me tell even when i go travelling, i just chuck it in the bag!!! hahahaha......Honestly, I hate folding clothes!!!! but i can't help it whenever i look into my wardrobe...is like one big mess!!! so i said I can't take it anymore looking at it everyday. So finally it took me about 30 mins to get it all sorted properly and i like how it look now....but next is to sort it according short sleeve or long sleeve or singlet or whatever for easy access.
Ok....clothes done next will be the guest room but not today la....need to pick up wifey from hospital and she called to tell me that they are processing her insurance for discharge. As usual lots of running up and down....go to the car about a kilometre away!!! sigh what to do....hospital area usually pack and no parking!!! So...the bill came to 3k plus man!!! woohoo.....thank God for insurance.....no insurance don't know how cough out 3k!!! So I did all the carrying and all the pushing and all the collecting.....cause is best i get it done myself than to wait for nurses or staffs to help....sigh....got her into the car heading back home to rearrange our luggage for mama house cause is best for my wifey so no need to climb stairs.
So sorted all things and is about 3pm plus and i still haven't have my lunch yet.....so quickly go to mama's place and buy the chicken to make chicken soup for tonight as me and my sister need protein as part of our diet....for me i need for my body building but is not like really that macho now...still flabby stomach hahaha...working towards that!!! woohoo....so ate my lunch at 4 plus then start preparing my chicken soup. All the chopping and cutting and marinating was done about 4.45 pm then start cooking the chicken but made a mistake.....i started cooking the onions and garlic...cause am supposed to brown the chicken first!!!! aiya!!! so what to do done liao....so add in all the other stuffs whole lots of vege brother!!!! hehehe....well in the end the soup turns out alright and taste...acceptable but honestly i really have no idea how is suppose to taste!!! hahahaha.....
Ok...done with cooking heading down for 20 mins sauna....and boy the sauna take a long time to heat up!!! waiting n waiting...pouring water to hit at least the 50 celcius but fail!!! sigh....ok lar at least i sweat kau kau liao..... so go home bath and waiting for the right time to leave for church music pratice....ooo rayna came back....started vacuuming the floor and cleaning house....me??? left already lor....in fact i was late!!! but thank God haven't started yet....lazing around waiting for justin who got stuck at the church office because of minor clumsiness(quite farny actually) The songs for sunday service is quite alright except for For All you've done!!! aiyo...i never seem to get the beat right!!! man.....I'm damn pissed off!!! cause people expect some level of familiarity withe the song because is an old song!!! i hate myself for not to get it right!!! sigh.....i really need to get my drums so i can start working on all different drums part!!! Am not a talented person.....I learnt it the hard way man!!! though signed up for couple of classes before but no practic how to be perfect??? even keep time!!!! I hate myself for loving you!!! oppss i mean i hate myself for suck at drums!!!! argghhhghg....ok....u know what time now....is 12.16 am 3rd April....am here typing and typing....i told myself to finish this whole grandmother story before 12am and i faileD!!!! oooo as for consolation am having my dinner now....yes my chicken soup....didn't have time earlier la....so eat now only lor....so ok...finishing now ok....gonna go liao....see you in the morning!!! love my to peeps....wifey, rayna n mama...GOod night and sweet dreams to yall!!!! phew........
